摘要
在对紧固件承受横向冲击或交变载荷时进行动力学分析的基础上 ,对紧固件横向振动试验台在油源功率受限的条件下的液压动力机构的设计问题 ,提出了有效的解决方案 ,即用相对较大的动力机构的功率配置来降低系统对油源功率的要求 。
Based on the dynamics analysis of the fastener that suffered impact or alternating load, an effective design scheme of the hydraulic power mechanism of the fastener tranverse viberation bedstand with the limitation of the oil power is presented in this paper. In the scheme, the hydraulic power mechnism with a larger power disposal was used to reduce the demands for the oil power, and a pair servo valves connected in parallel was used to replace the large flow servo valve in order to deal with the frequency bandwith problem of the system.
