大型卷管机辊子的焊接修复

摘要 介绍了大型卷板机主动辊断裂后修复的技术过程及经济性分析 ,疲劳裂纹形成的原因 ;辊子材料材质的化学分析 ;补焊材料材质的确定 ;焊接材料的选择 ;合理的焊接工艺参数的确定 ;焊前预热及焊后热处理方法 ;焊后超声波检查及其它检验方法 ;焊接修复的经济性分析 .修复后的卷板机已正常运行 ,经超声波检验复查 ,焊缝处无裂纹产生 ,此种焊接修复方法是可行的 . The article presents the welding process and makes an economical analysis about how to repair the main roller of plate bending of rolling large machine. One effective method is found very useful for same type of large roller or shaft. The article focuses on the aspects as follows: the analysis for reasons of endurance crack, the chemical composition analysis of roller material, the selection of base metal and electrodes for repairing, the determination of welding parameters, the pre heat and post heat treatment after welding, the ultrasonic check and check by other method, the economical assessment of welding repair. The plate bending of rolling large machine has been used for about five months after welding repair. There is no any new crack found on the weld up to now. The welding repair method is available.
