从三个层面阐述了民营科技中小企业的概念 ,分析了民营科技中小企业在我国经济发展中的重要地位及影响民营科技中小企业成长的几个要素 ,并提出了民营科技中小企业的一般发展战略目标 .
This paper illustrates the concept of the small medium sized high tech enterprise of private management (SSHEPM) on three sides, and the important role that SSHEPM has played in the development of our native economy on diverse viewpoints, and analyzes the impact factors of the growth of SSHEPM on macro sides. This paper presents the strategy objectives of SSHEPM.
