Accelerate the Process of Private Economy In State Assets Management

当前我国国有资产管理体制仍未进行有效改革,而我国加入WTO以后,如果没有充分的国有经济竞争力,“国有化”经济将会被“国际化”所取代。因此本文认真指出了国有企业失败的原因并建议国有资产退出竞争性经济领域。同时尽快培育民营经济,建立新型的国有资产管理体制。

Nowadays, the system of state assets management has not been reformed effectively. After WTO entry, if we cannot have enough economic competition,state-owned economy maybe changed into national economy. So this article points out the failure reason of state enterprises, and suggests state assets give up competitive economy. At the same time, educate private economy as soon as possible,establish the new pattern of state assets management.
