摘要
对 Fe 基、Ni 基和 Co 基涂层合金激光熔覆层的显微组织进行了研究。实验表明:Fe 基熔覆层内形成了长周期结构的层片状 Cr_7C_3、孪晶和位错;Ni 基熔覆层内存在着大量位错和 Ni_3Si相;Co 基熔覆层中形成了大量的层错。
The microstructures of the laser clad zone of Fe-,Ni-,and Co-basecoatings were investigated.A long period lamellar carbide(Cr_7C_3)is found inFe-base clad zone,a large amount of dislocations and the Ni_3Si phases inNi-base clad zone,and a lot of stacking faults on Co-base clad zone.
