摘要
近年来,我国高等图书馆学专业的学生普遍出现了不愿从事图书馆工作的倾向。本文对产生这种现象的各种社会心理因素进行了分析,并提出了解决的建议。
Recently quite a lot of students who specialize in library science are not willing to be librarians.In this paper,the author analyzes the social psychological factors leading to this situation and proposes his recommendation to solve the problem.
