摘要
本文以 1989～ 1998年 SCI收录中国科技论文量和引文量为评价依据 ,建立了省区影响因子 ,并以其为评价指标 ,给出 10年来中国各省区科学发展趋势的评价分析。
Using the data of Chinese Sci-tech papers collected and cited by <Science Citation Index>from 1989 to 1998 as an evaluating reference,a Province Impact Index was made in this paper.Using the development wave intensity modulus as an evaluating factor,an analysis of the development tendency of Chinese science in the last 10 years was given.
