Some Ideas About Information Construction

本文在推介浙江省上虞市图书馆主动、积极参与、推动当地信息化建设做法 的同时，探讨了地方信息化建设进程中亟待解决的发展环节，提出了加快地方信息化建设的 若干建议。

Firstly the article introduces Shangyu Library how to push forward local information construction initiative and actively. Then it discusses some problems demanding prompt solution about local information construction. At last it gives some proposals on how to develop local information construction.
