Academic Library-New Platform to Educate Creative Personnel

为适应信息社会的需要，培养高素质创造性人才已成为高校的重要使命。随着高校图书馆数字化建设的发展，图书馆在人才培养中的作用发生了质的变化。本文就此提出了三点看法。

To meet the demand of informtion society. it has been an important task of academic library to educate high quality and creative personnel. With the development of is digitization,academic library has taken a fundamental change in its function of education to personnel. Some suggestions about this change are provided.
