摘要
采用三水醋酸钠作为相变材料 ,在前人研究的基础上 ,提出了圆柱形相变蓄热器的结构 ,通过传热分析 ,在工业模拟实验台上进行了相变材料凝固过程的实验研究 .比较了光管换热器和肋管换热器的区别 ,总结出放热性能变化规律曲线 ,得出了满足工程精度的实验准则式 .
Cylindrical phase-change thermal energy storage is suggested according to former studies,and its heat transfer process is analyzed.Experiments of heat discharge on the industrial simulation bedstand are conduced to study the performance of solidification process.In comparison with pipes heat exchanger,axial finned pipes can enhace the rate of solidification considerably.In the end,an experimental correlatin between Rayleigh number,dimensionless time,temperature and heat is found.
