提出一种新的用于 BPR的业务流程表达方法 .首先用基于活动属性的流程图来描述业务流程 ;再利用图论的矩阵分析方法描述流程图 ;然后结合过程代数的方法 ,由流程图的矩阵推导出一个能全面反映流程情况的代数表达式——过程代数式 ;最后通过对过程代数式的分析 ,提出流程的评价指标 .

In this paper, a new business process expression approach for BPR has been proposed. Firstly, the activity attribute flow chart is used to describe process.Secondly, the flow chart is analyzed by graph matrix analysis. Thirdly,a process algebraic formula is drawn out from the matrixes. Finally,the performance of business process is evaluated through the analysis of process algebraic formula. The evaluation of a process is based on the performance probability, the performance time of some process routines,the expectative performance time of the activities in a process, and the total expected performance time of the flow.
