摘要
根据电热基本原理和传热学理论推导出了直接电热电阻炉在恒压加热制度下 ,电热参数的计算方法。其中工作电压根据加热终了时的工况参数确定 ,加热时间采用试算法进行计算 ,同时提出在恒压加热制度下提高功率因数、电热效率和降低电能单耗的有效措施 ,为工业生产提供了重要理论依据。
Based on electrothermal principle and heat transfer theory,calculation formulas of electro heat parameters for direct resistance heating appliance are deduced in this paper.Working voltage can be confirmed by the parameters of the end of the heating.Heating up time can be calculated by cut and try method.The measures of increasing power factor,electrothermal efficiency and decreasing specific electricity consumption are proposed.These form an important basis for industry.
