摘要
对天钢高线厂开发研制新Ⅲ级HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的轧制工艺、控冷工艺及生产情况做了介绍,并对轧制后产品性能进行了分析。该厂所生产的新Ⅲ级热轧带肋钢筋产品质量完全符合GB1499-1998国家标准要求,可以满足建筑行业对高强度、高塑性钢筋的要求。
The paper gives a brief introduction of rolling process, cooling control process and summarization of production on development and research new III grade hot-rolled ribbed bar HRB400 in the High-speed Wire Rod Mill of Tiangang Group, and analyses the procduct property of finished products. The quality of products of the factory is accord with demands of GB1499-1998, the general performance can meet the demands of construction industry for high-strength, high-ductile rebars.
