摘要
针对热轧车间加热炉存在着炉型落后 ,炉尾冒火严重、钢坯加热质量差等问题 ,对其进行了改造。通过采用先进的炉型结构及改变烧嘴布置等措施 ,使吨钢能耗下降 2 0 % ,氧化烧损少0 6%。
To the problems such as backward structure,flame thread in furnace tail and bad heating quality of billet etc,heating furnace was reformed in the hot rolling workshop of Fujian San Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.Through taking some measures,such as using advanced structure of the furnace and changing the layout of the burner nozzle,the energy waste of per ton steel is decreased by 20%,the burning oxidizing loss is decreased by 0\^6%.
