摘要
建立了在有限空间燃烧室内气体燃烧的数学模型 ,选择适当的数值计算方法 ,利用CFX软件包来仿真燃烧空间内气体燃烧场重要参量的分布。仿真的结果与生产实际吻合良好 ,从理论上很好地解释了大型热风炉产生震动的原因 ,为能够系统、深入地研究燃烧场和流场 。
Building up the mathematic models of combustion for gas in a limited space,the paper selected the proper methods of numerical simulation and simulated the distribution of some important parameters in burner by CFX software.A good agreement is obtained between numerical and experimental results.The simulating results give a good reason to explain the shake theoretically.The paper builds up a basis on which the burners are studied in the way and numerical simulation and experiment are used together in order to provide some data for improvements and operations of design of combustor.
