COD_(Cr)的分光光度法测定及综合效益分析

对CODCr分光光度法的准确性及方法精度进行了系统的研究 ,着重考察了分光光度法在工业废水和生活污水CODCr测定中应用的可行性 ,研究中发现测试结果存在对所选标准物的依赖性问题 .根据实际废水复杂性特点 ,提出将高浓度废水作为综合标准母液 ,依次稀释并用传统标准法测定其质量浓度 ρCODCr值 ,并测定其在6 10nm波长处的吸光度值 ,绘制出特种废水专用的工作曲线的改进方法 .试验结果表明 :改进后的分光光度法重现性好 ,与传统标准法有很好的一致性 .比较了分光光度法与传统标准法的经济效益及环境效益 ,在单次测试中 ,分光光度法测试成本约为传统标准法的 5 0 % ,其潜在的二次污染比传统标准法低得多 .因此 ,经改进的CODCr分光光度法具有良好的应用前景 ,值得推广普及 .

Experimental studies on the COD Cr Spectrophotometric Method and its application in industrial wastewater and domestic water were conducted.It is found that the dependency of the results on the selected standard substance that was used to build the standard curve exists.A modifying way was first proposed,that is to select a wastewater-self with higher concentration of COD Cr as the standard substance,and to dilute it to a series of different concentrations of standard solution,so the special working curve should be obtained.And the results with lower derivation have been obtained.The modified COD Cr spectrophotometry with the traditional standard method was compared,and the consistency of results between above two methods was obtained.Besides,the cost and the environmental impact of two methods respectively discharging pollutants in one determining run have been discussed and analyzed.It is shown that modified COD Cr spectrophotometry is more economical,about 50% cost of the traditional method,and the second discharged pollutants is lower.
