摘要
传统的行波超声电机驱动电源通常只能固定相位差调频率或固定频率调相位差 ,不能全面的满足行波超声电机控制的要求。文章提出了一种新的方案 ,这种新的超声电机驱动电源 ,能产生两相可调频率 ,可调相位差及幅度的正弦信号。运用作者新的方案 ,解决了以往超声电机驱动电源只能调电压和调频率的缺点 ,而同时运用三种手段对超声电机进行调整 ,使各种型号的超声电机都能调整到一个良好的工作状态 ,从而提供对超声电机进行精确控制的基础。
In traditional driving powers for traveling wave type ultrasonic motors,only frequency can be adjusted.These driving powers cannot completely meet the needs of controlling ultrasonic motor.In this paper,a new project is presented in which a new type of driving power can produce two phase sin signals,the frequencies,phase differences and amplitudes of which can be all adjusted.With the new type driving power,all kinds of traveling wave type ultrasonic motors can be adjusted to good working states.
