掺Pb的TiO_2纳米功能材料的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:29

摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了掺 Pb的摩尔比分别为 0 .5 %、1%、3%、5 %、7%、10 %的改性 Ti O2 纳米粒子 ,并利用 XRD和 U V- VIS检测技术对所制得的样品进行了表征 ,考察了焙烧温度和掺 Pb量对材料组成、结构和光学性质的影响 ;另外 ,以模拟太阳光下苯酚的光催化降解为模型反应 ,对 Pb改性的 Ti O2 纳米粒子的光催化活性进行了评价 ,考察了掺 Pb量对材料催化性能的影响。结果表明 ,掺入适量的 Pb后 ,Ti O2 纳米粒子的光催化活性得到较大的提高 ,这可能是由于 Pb进入 Ti O2 晶格中生成了新相 Pbx Ti1 - x O2 ,从而使材料的光响应范围向可见光区移动 ,提高了对可见光的利用率。本实验表明 ,掺 Pb的摩尔比为 3%的改性 Ti O2 纳米粒子的光催化活性最高。 TiO 2 nanoparticles were modified by doping Pb ions for improving the efficiency of using the solar light.Pb doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were prepared by Sol Gel method with Pb content of 0 5%,1%,3%,5%,7% and 10 %.The properties of as prepared samples were tested using the techniques such as XRD and UV VIS.The influences of some factors such as calcined temperature and the content of doped Pb on the optical properties of as prepared material and its composition as well as construct were investigated.In addition,the photocatalytic activities of as prepared Pb/TiO 2 samples were evaluated by the result of photocatalytic degradation of phenol under artificial sunlight.Meanwhile,the effect of doped Pb content on the photocatalytic activities of the functional material was studied.The results showed that the photocatalytic activities of Pb doped TiO 2 nanoparticles could be enhanced.It may be attributed to the formation of a new phase,Pb x Ti 1- x O 2,by doping Pb ions in the lattice of TiO 2.That would induce the light response of material to shift to the visible region.It would increase the efficiency of visible light utilization.The experiment proved that the photocatalytic activities of 3 % Pb doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were the best of all the prepared samples.
