摘要
为满足 PTCR生产中耐电流冲击特性测试的要求 ,研制了多工位 PTCR耐电流冲击特性测试仪。采用计数器、通 /断定时器及以 TPIC6 B5 95集成芯片为核心的通断时序控制接口电路 ,实现各个工位的先通先断 ,从而保证各个工位通断时间满足测试要求 ,保证了 PTCR耐电流冲击性能的准确、高效测试 ;各通道具有独立的自动过电流保护电路 ,既保护了测试夹具 ,又使仪器本身的可靠性大大提高。
In order to satisfy requirements of the existing PTCR current shock withstanding characteristics test in practice,multiple channel automated current shock withstanding tester for PTCR thermistor.This instrument adopts single chip microcomputer,PLD and various peripheral interface circuits to achieve first on/first off and to guarantee ON/OFF time of each measuring channel satisfying test requirement,which guarantees the precise and proficient test of PTCR current shock withstanding characteristics.Each measuring channel has independent over current protection circuit,not only to protect measuring clamps,but also to enhance the reliability of the tester itself.
