摘要
通过对光纤通信技术及其关键器件技术(诸如波分复用、带宽光放大、可调谐光源、偏振模色散补偿等技术)、量子保密通信技术近期新发展的全面介绍;指出光纤通信特别是密集波分复用(DWDM)系统向高速率、大容量、性能价格比合理的全光网络的发展趋势。
An entensive reveiew in this area has been given in this paper to show the latest development in optical fiber communication and it's technology of key device (such as WDM devices, broadband optical amplifier, tunable sources and PMD etc.), and quantum cryptography communication. It is indicated that developments of optical fiber communication, especially the all dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM)technique will trend towards all- optical network with high speed rate, high capacity, and well performance/cost.
