摘要
在Li2 O替代CaO SiO2 MgO Fe2 O3 MnO2 P2 O5精炼渣系中部分CaO的条件下 ,研究了Li2 O含量、碱度及氧化性对钢液磷含量的影响。结果表明 ,在Li2 O =15 % ,碱度 (CaO +Li2 O) /SiO2 为 2 .0~ 2 .5 ,(Fe2 O3 +MnO2 )为 7%的条件下 ,该渣系对钢液的脱磷率在 70 %以上 ,控制钢液磷含量在 0 .0 0 9%以下。
With condition to replace the partial CaO in CaO\|SiO\-2\|MgO\|Fe\-2O\-3\|MnO\-2\|P\-2O\-5 refining slags by Li\-2O, the effect of Li\-2O content, basicity and oxidizability of slags on phosphorus content in steel has been studied. The results show that as the Li\-2O content 15%, basicity of slag [(CaO+Li\-2O)/SiO\-2]2.0~2.5 and (Fe\-2O\-3+MnO\-2) 7%, the dephosphorizing ratio of molten steel with this slag is more than 70% and the phosphorus content in steel is less than 0.009%.
