摘要
718塑料模具钢 (0 .35C 1.74Cr 1.2 2Ni)淬火马氏体经过回火得到的回火托氏体组织均匀细小 ;而淬火贝氏体的回火组织较粗大。据此提出了 85 0℃奥氏体的预硬化处理工艺以保证获得马氏体组织。
As the structure of troostite tempered from quenched martensite of 718 die steel (0.35C\|1.74Cr\|1.22Ni) for plastic is homogeneous and fine, and the structure of tempered bainite is rather coarse.Therefore the 850℃ austenitizing pre\|hardening process is advanced to ensure getting martensite structure. <
