摘要
为了分析铁水在输送过程中的温降 ,开发了鱼雷罐中铁水温降数学模型。该模型已在宝钢实际使用 ,铁水温度的计算值与实测值吻合良好。利用该模型分析了各种因素对铁水温降的影响 。
A mathematical model has been developed to simulate temperature drop of hot metal in torpedo car during transportation. The calculated values closely agreed with the measured values at Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.. Using the model the influence of various factors on the hot metal temperature drop are estimated and the methods to reduce heat loss of hot metal in torpedo car are discussed.
