摘要
结合犯、牵连犯、想象竞合犯以及结果加重犯不属于数罪形态 ,它们的构成和彼此之间的区别容易引起争议和造成一些模糊认识 。
Combinative crime, imaginative joinder of offense, implicated offense and aggregated consequential offense are not plural crimes. However, there are arguments and ambiguous conceptions about their constitutive requirements and differences. The author aims to distinguish the four crimes by analyzing their conditions and differences.
