Examination on Sun Yat-sen's Ideas of the Rule of Man

人治在孙中山的政治思想中占有突出的位置。孙中山人治思想主要体现在其政党思想和政治体制设计中。孙中山人治思想的产生 ,是社会环境、个人人格、理论认识等方面因素综合作用的结果。孙中山追求人治的目的 ,从政党而言 ,在于实现党内统一 ,加强对党员的控制 ;从政治体制设计而言 ,是为了实现其万能政府的理想。然而 ,由于孙中山选错了手段 ,最终葬送了目的。

The idea of the rule of man played an important role in Sun Yat sens political thought. Sun Yat sens ideas of the rule of man were mainly embodied in the idea of political party and the design of system of government. Many factors, such as the environment of society,individual character, understanding of the theory, helped to bring about Sun yat sens idea of the rule of man. In terms of party , the purpose that Sun yat sen seeked the rule of man was to unify the party and strengthen the control the party members; In terms of system of government ,the purpose that Sun Yat sen seeked the rule of man was to realize the ideal of omnipotent government. But because of choosing the wrong method ,he killed his purpose.
