我国法律援助的困境分析

The Analysis of Legal Aid and Its Awkward Predicament in China

在我国 ,法律援助作为一种新的制度 ,在实践运行中存在着三重困境 :立法困境、机构困境和资源困境。笔者认为 ,有效实施当下的法律援助 ,必须尽快从根本上解决事实上存在的困境 。

The system of Legal Aid,which originates from the west,now is increasingly put to use in China.Though operated not many years,the new system has made much effect on protecting the citizens rights,promoting the judicial justice and mcintaining the social stability.On the other hand,the system is in an awkward predi cament-three problems about legislation,agencies and resources emerge in practice.The writer believes that seeking some countermeasures to escape from the difficult situations is a better way to make the new system successful and to settle the problems as soon as possible.
