摘要
生物芯片技术通过将大量探针固定在同一支持物上 ,可经一次操作同时对多种生物分子进行检测分析 ,从而解决了技术复杂、自动化程度低、低通量 (low through- put)等不足 ,为基因功能的研究、医学诊断及药物的研究发展提供了强有力的工具。
Fixing large quantity probes on the same holder, the biochip technique can examine and analyze various biological molecular at the same time only by one operation. So it can solve some problems on sophisticate technique, lower automate degree, low through put, etc. The biochip technique provided the powerful tool for the research of gene functions, medical diagnose and the development of drug.
