目前化疗是治疗癌症的重要手段之一。本文介绍了近年来口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的常用化疗药物及其作用机制 ,代谢途径 ,毒副作用 ,最新进展。
Medication is one of the most important means to cure cancer presently. The article introduces those drugs which were generally used to cure stomatognathic cancer in last years, their mechanism of action, metabolic pathway, toxic and side effect, the newest progression.
