中山市某综合医院1993—2000年神经系统疾病住院患者构成分析

目的 研究 1 993— 2 0 0 0年广东省中山市某综合医院神经系统疾病住院患者基本构成 ,为社区卫生工作方案制订提供科学依据。方法 整理与分析中山市某综合医院 1 993— 2 0 0 0年神经系统疾病住院患者的病案资料。结果 该医院神经系统疾病住院人数占同期总住院人数的第 6位 ,脑血管病住院人数占同期神经系统疾病住院人数首位 ,且有逐年增加趋势。结论 脑血管病、颅脑外伤和中枢神经系统炎症性疾病是该医院神经系统疾病住院患者的主要病种 。

Objective To analyze the inpatient proportion of neurological diseases in a general hospital of Zhongshan from 1993 to 2000 in Guangdong province, and to provide scientific information for community health works Methods All inpatient medical records of neurological diseases were collected and analyzed in the hospital of Zhongshan from 1993 to 2000 Results The neurological diseases were the 6th diseases which caused Zhongshaneses to be admitted in the hospital, and cerebral vessel diseases were the first diseases among all kinds of inpatient neurological diseases in the hospital, the number of neurological disease inpatient showed an ascending trend from 1993 to 2000 Conclusion Cerebral vessel diseases, craniocerebral trauma and central nervous system inflammation were the major diseases of neurological disease inpatients in the hospital, it suggested that the disease prevention and treatment in the community and health care education be enhanced according to the features of neurological diseases.
