摘要
目的 为医院总结经验、深化改革、科学管理、促进发展提供准确的依据。方法 采用树状结构将医院综合效益分解为工作效率、医疗质量、经济效益、医德医风 4类指标体系 ,运用综合分析法进行分析评价。结果 该医院的综合效益 1 990年处于最低水平 ,2 0 0 0年达到最高水平 ,其趋势走向 1 990— 1 994年处于低谷徘徊 ,1 995年后呈稳步向上的发展趋向。结论 此分析方法 ,结果客观合理且实用性强 ,既可得出综合效益和各指标体系的水平 ,又可观察综合效益和各指标体系的趋向。
Objective To provide guidance for hospital reform and scientific management. Methods With tree structure style composite benefit of hospital was divided into four groups of efficiency, quality, economic income and medical morals ,and evaluated by applying comprehensive analysis. Results The composite benefit dumped in 1990,reached the upper point in 2000, wavered at low from 1990 to 1994 and went up steadily from 1995. Conclusion By means of general analysis the result was objective, reasonable and practical. The level and trend of benefit and index were obtained.
