弱信号检测是生物芯片扫描仪的重要组成部分,也是生物芯片技术前进过程中面临的主要困难之一,特别是在高精度快速扫描中,其检测灵敏度及响应速度对整个扫描仪的性能将产生重大影响。在比较了几种常见信号检测方法的基础上,重点介绍了荧光染料标记的激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪及其弱信号检测的相关问题,并简要介绍了CCD生物芯片扫描仪的特点及其信号检测的原理。

Weak signal detection is very important portion on biochip scanner,and is also one of the main difficult problemes with the development of biochip technology.Particularly in high pre-cision and high-speed scanning,its sensitivity and response have great effect on scanner perfor-mance.Based on comparing the several familiar detection means,weak signal detection and rela-tive problem of laser confocal biochip scanner are described in this paper,as well as the spe-cialty of CCD biochip scanner and principle of weak signal detection.
