摘要
在分析微型盘主动隔振系统的机电动力学模型基础上 ,提出了一种利用电磁作动器的冲击振动主动控制解决方案 ,设计并研制了一套实验装置 .实验结果表明 ,该实验装置可以兼顾振动与冲击控制 ,具有较宽的频率响应范围 。
This paper analyses the electromechanical dynamics model of the active vibration isolation system used in miniature HDD, on the basis of which we present a solution of the active vibration and shock control by means of an electromagnetic actuator, and develop a set of experiment mechanisms. The experimental results show that the equipment not only can control vibration and shock together with a relatively wide frequency response range, but also can improve the performance of vibration and shock isolation apparently.
