摘要
采用基于模板的参数化特征建模方法、基于数据库驱动、主控零件驱动以及系统全关联数据结构的变形设计方法、基于装配规划和动画技术的装配仿真方法、基于多媒体技术和二次开发技术的用户界面设计方法,在Pro/ENGINEER环境下实现了小卫星的参数化特征建模、变形设计、零件与装配的联动设计、装配仿真、干涉性检验和用户界面设计等。
The parametric feature modeling method based on template was adopted. The variational design was driven by database, main control part and full relating data structure. The assembly simulation method depends on assemble plan and the technique of animation. The design of user interface was supported by multimedia and customization development techniques. All those approaches, Parametric feature modeling, variational design, linkage design between part and assembly, assembly simulation, interference detection, user interface design, were realized by using a moonlet as an example under Pro/ENGINEER environment.
