摘要 以夹具设计过程为对象,以基于网络的产品数据管理软件IMAN作为夹具设计资源共享的先进手段,阐明了基于该软件而开发的夹具异地并行设计系统的原理和方法,实现了夹具开发信息的集成和设计过程的集成。具体内容包括夹具设计系统任务描述和并行模块化分解、异地并行设计流程动态建模和实时交换设计信息工具的开发等原理和方法。 This article is directed to the designing process of clamping device ,with the product data management software IMAN ,which is base on network, as an advanced tool to share designing resources. It gives a detailed description of the principal and the methods of clamping device allochthonous concurrent designing system whose development is based on IMAN software. It helps to realize the integration of development information and the designing process. It contains the content which is mainly about the description and the resolution of clamping device designing system task, dynamic modeling of allochthonous concurrent designing process and the principal and methods of the development of real time designing information communication tool.
