摘要
探讨科技创新与利益不确定性的辩证关系,是为我国如何在科技创新过程中获取较大的利益,规避利益损失提出参考性建议。
The article researched the dialectical relationship between the technology innovation and the un-certainty of the benefits and give some advice on how to get more benefits and avoid the loss in technologyinnovation in China.
