摘要
1999年以来我国一直开展着债转股工作。债转股的目的是为了解决国企经营困难和国有银行不良资产问题。但随着债转股工作的深入 ,出现了许多新问题 ,对这些问题进行研究无疑具有现实意义。
China has issued debt-transferred-stocks (DTS) since 1999. The purpose of issuing DTS is to overcome the difficulties in state owned enterprises and in state owned banks. But as TDS is in process, some other new problems occur, which need to be watched closely and be solved in time, that is what this thesis focuses on.
