Building a Group of High Quality Cadres Investigation of cadres construction of Shenzhen,Dongguan and Zhongshan cities and its thinking

通过对深圳、东莞、中山三市干部队伍建设的调查 ,指出在干部队伍的建设与培养上仍存在着一些消极因素 ,必须通过认真学习“三个有利”、“三个代表”理论 。

This paper points out that there exist many negative factors in the field of cadres construction and training through the investigation of cadres construction in Shenzhen,Dongguan and Zhongshan.We should earnestly study the theory of Three Priorities and Three Represents so as to raise the quality of the whole cadres group.
