道德与法律的关系问题 ,是中外政治学史、法学史和伦理学史上一个经久不衰的研讨课题。在古代中国 ,道德与法律的关系更是为一代又一代圣哲们思考和关注。而先秦礼法之争内容之广泛 ,理论之深刻 ,影响之深远 ,在中国古代思想史上无与伦比。通过两家争论的焦点———礼法关系 ,在现代社会的辩证思考 。

The relationship between morality and law is an endless study topic in the history of political science,the science of law and ethics at home and abroad.In ancient China,many sages showed great concern on this topic.The wide contents,deep theory and profound effect of the argument between them in ideology in ancient China are incomparable.This paper discusses its focus,ie,the relationship,and dialectical thinking in modern society.It also gives some consults of ethics on building socialism with the Chinese characteristics at the initial stage.
