摘要
以资本主义国家议会对执政党行使监督权的主要内容与方式为切入点 ,分析了这种监督权在资本主义国家政治生活与社会生活中的作用及其所引发的启示。
By discussing the main contents and approaches of the capitalist country congress's superintendence over the ruling party,this paper analyzes the effects of the superintendence right on the political and social life of the capitalist country's congress as well as the instructions aroused by this superintendence.
