摘要
选配好国有企业经营管理者已成为国企改革至关重要的一道关口。试图通过对目前国有企业领导班子选配中存在的弊端进行剖析 ,并建设性地提出一些解决办法 ,以待解决好国企改革中这个最关键的问题。
Selecting and allocating the managers of state-owned enterprise has become a very important pass to the state-owned reform.This essay tries to solve the key problem by analysing the present malpractice in selecting and allocating the leading body of state-owned enterprise and providing the constructive sollutions to it.
