The national quality is a decisive factor of the social advance and continuous development,which has been gradually accepted by people.The idea of the national quality improvement is an inevitable part of Deng's theory and is spread and implemented as the party's policy and the country's law.Its aim is to train the public into those who have the ideal,the moral ,the knowledge and the rule.Its basic principle is the three Faces:facing the modernization;facing the world;facing the future.Its key point is to have high-quality tachers,and its motive force is the reform.All of these are our instructive educational thought and also offer a scientific foundation of the theory and the instructive method.
