摘要
在信息社会 ,CIO人才应当成为我国图书情报学教育新的培养目标 ,本文探讨了CIO应当具备的五项素质 ,并对如何培养具有中国特色的CIO人才提出了四点具体建议。
In the information society, the training of CIO should be the aim of developing library and information science in China. This paper discusses five qualities that the Chinese CIOs should possess. In addition, it puts forward four proposals for the training of the CIOs with Chinese color.
