摘要
伯川德悖论暗示着 ,生产同质品的厂商在激烈的市场竞争态势下 ,有陷入恶性价格竞争的趋势。于是同质品成为价格竞争的起因 ,文中分析了采取产品差别化策略回避价格竞争的可行性 ,论证了产品差别化可以缓和价格竞争的原因 。
From Bertrand-Paradox, we may come to the conclusion that firms producing the same kind of products are likely to be involved in fierce price competition. Thus the cause of fierce price competition is that firms produce the same kinds of products. The analysis shows that this kind of competition can be alleviated by product differentiation, which is of great importance for firms.
