加强和改进教师的思想政治工作 ,建设一支适应高等教育改革和发展的教师队伍 ,是新形势下的一项重要任务。本文就高校如何按照“三个代表”的要求 ,对加强和改进教师的思想政治工作提出了看法。

It is an important task in the new situation to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college teachers and to build up a team of college teachers suitable for the reform and development of higher education. This paper presents some views on how to strengthen and improve such work according to the requirement of 'Three representing' Principles.
