摘要
根据混沌经济理论建立房地产投资的混沌经济模型 ,分析了房地产投资的控制要素。探讨了政府调控力度、投资规模、投资收益率和人口增长率等要素所组成的控制参数与房地产投资之间存在符合混沌经济规律的关系。通过对各要素在控制参数中所占的比重进行分析 ,以实现对房地产投资的控制。
The chaotic economic model of real estate investment is founded according to the theory of chaotic economy, and the control factors of real estate investment are analyzed in this paper. The government control,investment scale,the rate of investment yield and the rate of population increase are the principal factors of control parameter. There is the chaotic economic relation between control parameters and real estate investment. At last,the proportion of each factor in control parameters is analyzed so as to control real estate investment.
