高等学校开展教学研究是教学改革的先决条件 ,对提高教师的教学素养、更新教学内容、促进教学成果转化、规范教学过程、提高学校办学特色等有着重要的意义。高等学校要营造教学研究的良好氛围 ,提高教师开展教学研究的积极性 ,不断进行教学内容与教学方法的改革与探索 ,加强教学成果的推广与使用 。

Teaching research is the prerequisite for educational reform in institutions of higher education. It has great significance on improving teachers' proficiency, innovating teaching contents, promoting the transformation of teaching achievements, standardizing the teaching process, characterizing the guiding principle of running colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should provide a convenient environment for teaching research to make teaching staff take an active part in the research programs, pains takingly innovate teaching contents and approaches, promote the popularization and application of achievements, improve the performance of talents.
