颈深淋巴结转移癌侵犯颈动脉的CT诊断
摘要
术前判断淋巴结转移癌是否侵及颈动脉,对于制定手术方案及判定预后均有重要临床意义。CT对于诊断头颈部肿瘤原发灶及颈部淋巴结转移有重要价值,是常用的检查手段。对颈深淋巴结的分布、引流及与颈动脉的解剖关系和颈深淋巴结转移癌侵及颈动脉的CT影像学的研究现状加以论述,并分析了单螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT的技术优势。
