摘要 肺功能的影像学研究主要是通过形态、密度或信号的改变来反映肺功能的变化,以揭示呼吸的生理病理机制。介绍了用CT和MRI进行肺功能研究的方法、临床意义及其优缺点,并回顾了该研究的现状与进展。
