摘要
在严重盆部外伤中盆腔大出血是导致病人死亡的重要原因。早期准确诊断、及时有效止血是挽救病人生命的关键。影像学检查包括X线平片、增强CT和血管造影等是主要的检查方法;经导管动脉栓塞术(TAE)是简便易行、疗效可靠的止血手段。
