Clinical application of CT guided interventional radiology with Pinpoint system

目的 评估Pinpoint系统在CT导引活检和介入治疗的临床应用。方法 报告 14 8例Pinpoint系统的临床应用 ,其中 10 1例活检、4 7例介入性治疗。Pinpoint系统主要由机械手、监视器和立体重建等组成 ,活检部位包括胸部 76例、腹部 17例、骨骼系统 8例。介入治疗包括硬化剂治疗 4 6例(其中肾囊肿硬化剂治疗 32例 ,肝囊肿硬化剂治疗 14例 )和肾包膜下血肿抽吸 1例。病灶大小范围为 0 6～ 5 8cm。结果 活检刺中率为 10 0 % ,活检正确率为 91% (92例 ) ,并发症为轻、中度气胸 ,发生率为 7 9% (6例 ) ,无出血感染等并发症。结论 应用Pinpoint系统作CT导引下活检和介入治疗创伤小、安全 ,具有应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT guided biopsy and interventional therapy with Pinpoint system. Methods Of the 148 patients, CT guided biopsy in 101 patients and interventional treatment in 47 patients were performed with Pinpoint system. Pinpoint system mainly consisted of mechanical arm, display monitor, and stereotactic reconstruction. The biopsy sites included thorax (76 cases), abdomen (17 cases), and musculoskeletal system (8 cases). Interventional treatment consisted of 46 cases with sclerosing treatment (32 renal cysts, 14 hepatic cysts) and 1 case with aspiration of subcapsular renal hematoma. Sizes of the lesions ranged from 0.6 to 5.8 cm. Results The accuracy of needle puncture was 100%. The accuracy of diagnosis was 91% (92 cases). The rate of complication in the thorax with mild or moderate pneumothorax was 7 9% (6 cases). Infection and bleeding were not observed in our series. Conclusion CT guided biopsy and interventional treatment under Pinpoint system is a less invasive, valuable, and safe procedure.
